Our bases are handcrafted and undergo a natural 48-hour fermentation process. With our artisanal attention to detail, we produce high-quality Pinsa bases, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience. Thanks to our innovative preservation methods, you can enjoy authentic Italian flavor with an extended shelf life without compromising quality.

Our Pinsa bases, after cooking, can undergo three types of preservation based on different needs:

• Rapid freezing using a rapid cooler at -30°C, providing an extended shelf life (12 months) without the risk of product deterioration.

• Packaging in a protected atmosphere and storage at +4°C/+6°C to offer a fresh product with a shelf life of 45 days.

• Packaging in a protected atmosphere and storage at room temperature to provide a product with a shelf life of 60 days, to be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

To ensure a proper defrosting process, it is recommended to carefully follow these steps:

• Place the bases on raised grills, avoiding direct contact with the surface. This precaution prevents the product from reabsorbing the water released during the defrosting process, thereby preserving its consistency and quality.

• Leave the Pinse on the grill for approximately 30 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, the bases will be fully defrosted and ready to be used optimally.

• If immediate use of the defrosted Pinse is not intended, it is advisable to store them in containers and place them in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4 degrees Celsius. This practice helps maintain the freshness and food safety of the product.

• Once ready for use, the Bun Pinsa can be seasoned according to individual preferences and enjoyed, savoring their exquisite goodness.

By following these methods, a professional defrosting procedure is ensured, respecting the company's quality standards and guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction.
